This is a MUCH bigger deal than most think... Water rights in the west are a BIG deal. WHISKEY is for drinking and WATER is for fighting is the saying. California was pretty much built on the back of its water systems. Those systems have been destroyed by asshole environmentalists just like the timber and mining industries in that state. Returning the water distribution systems to the benefit of the people will be a COLOSSAL improvement.
