sucks if you don't have parents to help you with a strong downpayment but otherwise aren't rising home prices a good sign that real estate is a good investment right now?
even if you bought a house 10-20 years ago, you scored pretty big. pretty sure my parents 2-4x their money on the main home.
so my parents made 800k in 15 years from the house alone. no wonder they ain't talking to my stubborn ass.
