Today Volex acquired 100% of Kepler SignalTek, a specialist in patient-connected medical products. We’ve backed Scott Hayden and his team since 2017 — now we’re bringing KST fully into the Group.

This broadens our Medical business: KST has particular expertise in patient cables — connecting equipment directly to the patient — where our expertise is inside the machines themselves. A natural fit, and it brings an excellent suite of new customers with minimal overlap.

Another step towards our $2bn revenue target. #Volex $VLX
