the usa (run by a trojan horse), says no to icc, an international court, have translators etc, for inter-country "disputes"… only 2 countries are NOT members…
one has a "ceasar" … the other a madman in charge…

Think about it for a sec, if, lets say, a "ceasor" past, was involved in an int issue say U, then world lwas between nations, or yanks gonna try & hang own past pressies? autopen? kenya? bush? clinton? who will JUDGE them?
