Now at the Triad level, think mergers and acquisitions on Wall street, the goal is about controlling the wealth or destroying their competition in order to maintain that wealth. This is where infiltration developed it's claws, and became a pillar in their temple of crime. Surrogates go into a business to undermine it to do the biddings of the Wall street elite and they have their rewards. Even the little fries, or cronies, know that they can earn rewards far beyond their pay grade to do the will of their DS handlers. There is a concept of the critical poison seed, where if you place the infiltrator in the right position, everything that stems from that seed upward and downwards, will eventually become corrupted. For example, take a any institution, if you can get the right person in position in Human Resources, then eventually their covert operations will poison all hires and even any offshoots of the institution or corporation. They have been doing this for ages, and it is how they have amassed such wealth by either controlling or destroying the entire entity to the benefit of their upstream handlers and elite.
