Go to ANY courthouse in any of the eleven counties that make up the Atlanta Regional Commission, which is the official planning agency that coordinates transportation, land use, and economic development: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Rockdale

Any time I travel, I am stunned at the lack of black people who live in other places.
It's because they're all in damn wretched Atlanta.
