When we won the TPS cases in the Supreme Court, we were clear. “It’s closing time. You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.” Since that time, some have suggested that we have extended TPS and/or related work authorization by a few weeks as part of a wind down. Nothing could be further from the truth. The problem, as usual, is with partisan lower court judges.
