"Enemies Of Our Civilization": Rubio Unveils Visa Curbs On 'Far-Left Terrorists'

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced a new visa policy barring foreign nationals linked to far-left terrorist organizations from entering the U.S. The move appears to be part of a broader, multi-agency, and multinational campaign to identify, disrupt, and dismantle left-wing extremist nodes operating across the West.

"Today, the State Department is imposing new visa restrictions to bar far-left terrorists from entering our country," Rubio said in a post on X late Thursday afternoon, hours after he hosted delegations from 65 countries around the world to begin coordinating operations to combat far-left terrorism.

He continued, "Foreigners who finance, incite, or aid and abet far-left terrorists are enemies of our civilization. They are not welcome in the United States."

America losing!

More Than 227,000 US Property Foreclosure Filings In First Half Of 2026

A total of 227,548 properties in the United States made foreclosure filings in the first six months of this year, a 21 percent increase from the same period last year, according to real estate analytics company ATTOM.

The first half foreclosure filings are also up by 28 percent from the same period two years back, ATTOM said in a July 16 report.

In states with a minimum of 500 foreclosure filings, Idaho registered the largest year-over-year increase: 59 percent. This was closely followed by Colorado with 57 percent, Georgia with 52 percent, and North Carolina with 47 percent.

Foreclosure is a legal process by which a mortgage lender repossesses a property after the borrower fails to make mortgage payments on time. Initially, the lender issues a notice of default once payments are missed for 90 days. If the borrower fails to settle the claim within 30 days, the lender can repossess the property and sell it off.

In the first half of the year, 0.16 percent of all housing units made a foreclosure filing, according to ATTOM.

Florida had the highest rate, with 0.27 percent of housing units making a filing. South Carolina was in the second spot with a 0.26 percent rate, followed by Indiana and Delaware, both with a rate of 0.25 percent.

“Foreclosure activity continued to increase in the first half of 2026, but the broader picture remains one of a market that is gradually returning to more typical patterns,” Rob Barber, CEO at ATTOM, said in a statement.

Foreclosure filings in a year’s first half hit their lowest level in 2021 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, but have risen since. Prior to the pandemic, first-half filing numbers were higher than the 2026 figure for every single year between 2008 and 2019.

However, the filing increase in the first half of 2026 also suggests “that some homeowners may be facing greater financial strain than they were a year ago,” Barber said.

In a June 12 post, legal services company Nolo predicted foreclosure rates would gradually rise in the latter part of 2026.

US Strikes Take Out 116 Telecoms Towers In Southern Iran

Communications and even the supply of drinking water has been severely impacted in some places of southern Iran, amid continuing US airstrikes on civic and national infrastructure, amid the seventh consecutive day of war.

"Hormozgan’s chief of communications and information technology says the US's overnight attacks disrupted telecommunications in Bandar Abbas and Hajiabad, in the northern part of the province," Al Jazeera reports

Authorities there have tallied at least 116 telecommunication towers which were taken out of service due to the US onslaught. This has resulted in outages and disruptions of fixed-line, mobile, and internet services, per Tasnim news agency.

This suggests the US is returning to a strategy which seeks to create destabilization within, targeting the ability of the public to communicate and access information, returning the situation to the early weeks of the war, which saw Tehran authorities themselves curb internet and some telecoms access for the citizenry.

It might also be that the US simply perceives infrastructure like telecommunications towers as utilized chiefly by the government and military, in a dual-use way, and so is ready to punish entire swathes of the country in order to cripple this ability.

It could be Washington still maintains the fantasy of fomenting a mass uprising against government leadership by imposing as much daily hardship and disruption, and economic pain as possible. Of course, the biggest squeeze is the blockade of Iranian ports and disallowing the country's ability to sell oil.

The Wall Street Journal this week observed that it will continue to be ordinary Iranians feeling the immense strain:

Iran’s economy is already buckling under the combined weight of years of sanctions and soaring inflation. The conflict has intensified those pressures by damaging factories, disrupting trade and payments, shutting down internet access and further weakening the currency.

Consumer prices in June were up 88.6% from a year earlier, according to official statistics. Just in the first few days of July, the price of a tray of eggs in Tehran shot up by 40%, to the equivalent of $3.30, according to Iran’s Fars news agency, which is close to the paramilitary Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

It seems the US wants to create the conditions of a return to the January economic protests, which resulted in thousands of deaths, which involved protesters and rioters clashing with police and security services, the latter which suffered deaths too as clearly some of the anti-government elements were armed.

According to more of the Iranian economy's spiral via the WSJ report:

Iran’s gross domestic product is expected to shrink by 5.4% this year, according to forecasts by the International Monetary Fund prepared before the recent uptick in fighting.

According to Kahalzadeh’s calculations, only the top 3% of Iranian households are able to afford the full food basket recommended by Iranian health officials. Many families are buying basic groceries like rice, meat and pasta on credit via a government program. Others are eliminating meat from meals and purchasing staples one at a time as their wages lose value.

The Great Normalization (Nobody Declared Martial Law… Yet America Began Looking Like It Anyway)

There are stories that announce themselves with explosions, riots, or breaking-news headlines, and then there are stories so subtle that they quietly rewrite an entire society before anyone realizes what has happened. This is one of those stories. During the preparation of this investigation, several retired police officers, private security professionals, emergency responders, and ordinary citizens described nearly identical experiences despite living hundreds or even thousands of miles apart. None believed they were witnessing anything extraordinary at first. It was only when they looked backward—sometimes over a decade—that a disturbing pattern became impossible to ignore. Streets had not become military checkpoints overnight. Neighborhoods had not suddenly filled with surveillance towers. Instead, the changes arrived one camera, one drone, one security contract, and one "temporary" emergency measure at a time until extraordinary security became indistinguishable from ordinary life. What follows is not an argument against public safety, nor an attempt to romanticize a past that was hardly free from crime or violence. It is an examination of a transformation that has occurred quietly enough for most people to stop seeing it altogether.

There is an old saying among investigators that people rarely notice change while it is happening. They notice it only when they compare today's reality with memories that have remained frozen in time. Memory preserves snapshots, while history moves continuously. That disconnect explains why so many citizens insist that nothing fundamental has changed even as the physical landscape around them becomes increasingly populated by surveillance cameras, armed guards, automated license plate readers, biometric scanners, drones, and predictive security technologies. No single installation appears revolutionary. No single policy seems capable of altering the character of a society. Yet history rarely advances through dramatic leaps. More often, it advances through thousands of small decisions that seem perfectly reasonable when viewed independently but become historically significant when examined collectively.

The quiet militarization of civilian spaces represents precisely this kind of transformation. Unlike traditional militarization, which is associated with soldiers, armored vehicles, and visible state authority, the contemporary version is largely administrative, technological, and commercial. It emerges through contracts signed by private security companies, insurance requirements imposed upon businesses, municipal investments in surveillance infrastructure, advances in artificial intelligence, and a public increasingly willing to exchange greater visibility for greater security. The result is not a police state in the conventional sense, nor is it a society living under constant emergency. Instead, it is something considerably more complex: an environment in which observation has become routine, data has become a form of infrastructure, and security has evolved into a permanent layer of everyday life.

The Technocrats Want Your Water: UN’s “Global Water Bankruptcy” Exposed

UN calls for global water surveillance and restructuring of rights

n 2005 the CEO of (WEF partner) Nestlé famously announced that water was not a human right.

Having announced their intentions, the technocrats set about crafting a crisis narrative to take control of this precious resource.

This year—not coincidentally coinciding with the UN/WEF announcements that we were entering a food crisis and must adopt genetically engineered crops—that crisis rhetoric was amped up to 11.

In a January 2026 report, the United Nations University Institute for Water, Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH) declared “Global Water Bankruptcy.” Far worse than a mere water crisis, “water bankruptcy” describes a persistent post-crisis state wherein long-term human withdrawals from surface and groundwater exceed inflows, causing “effectively irreversible degradation” of water capital.

The term “bankruptcy” itself telegraphs their intention to seize it all, framing society as insolvent and taking our water into receivership so that technocrats can step in control the resource.

The UNU-INWEH, naturally, was quite thrilled, calling the need for a form of global “bankruptcy management” governance an “opportunity that cannot be overlooked” [PDF, p6] They quite openly salivate at a chance to codify their temporary crisis measures into permanent technocratic oversight of this lasting condition. Specifically, they cite a need for:

Transparent [monitoring and] accounting of and enforceable limits on water use,

protection of “water-related natural capital,”

equity-focused transitions that protect vulnerable groups (smallholders, women, Indigenous communities, low-income populations),

and a rebalancing of demand, restructuring of rights, and reorienting of infrastructure, technology, finance, and trade.

Let’s look at each.

Every Last Drop

Though “transparent water accounting” is a key requirement set out by the report—centralized tracking of every last drop, explicitly described as integrating satellite observation and metering with AI modeling—yet nothing is said about who owns the data, or who defines “safe” levels of depletion. It is just understood that a surveillance infrastructure is needed for effective resource rationing.

Meet The ‘Rogue’ FBI Bureaucrat Who Said She Ran A ‘Shadow Government’

“Another fucking IIR went out re election security.”

That was the response of FBI Foreign Interference Task Force Lead Nikki Floris to a tip in late September 2020 about possible Chinese election interference in the upcoming presidential election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, according to newly declassified documents.

Floris — an official within the FBI Counterintelligence Division entrusted to keep tabs on foreign interference schemes — instead immediately began retracting the tip.

The documents were declassified by Trump and described in a primetime presidential address about election security issues Thursday night. The documents include an investigation apparently conducted last year under Trump’s FBI Director Kash Patel into the unusual retraction.

“Raw intelligence obtained by the FBI in 2020, yet buried by rogue bureaucrats, stated that China’s activities even included an attempt to manufacture illegal ballots for Joe Biden,” Trump said.

“Another official inside the FBI wrote that she was running a ‘shadow government’ to keep intelligence about China’s election meddling from becoming known,” Trump added in apparent reference to Flores.

Trump referenced having ordered criminal investigations into certain officials, but it’s not precisely clear whether Flores is among the officials under scrutiny.

The tip alleged the Chinese government has exported thousands of drivers licenses to the U.S. to create fraudulent mail-in ballots. It had been transmitted onto the bureau’s internal servers from the Albany Field Office. It was never investigated.

Israel admits it holds Gaza bodies as bargaining chips

Israeli authorities have effectively acknowledged “that they are holding bodies as bargaining chips but without any formulated policy or legal authority to do so,” the human rights group Gisha states in a new report.

For the past two years, Gisha, which is based in Israel, has been taking legal measures to demand “the return of the bodies of three Gaza residents who died after being detained by Israeli forces.”

At least 68 of the 104 Palestinians who are known to have died or been killed in Israeli custody since October 2023 are from the Gaza Strip. The actual number of people who have died is estimated to be higher.

“Nine months after the ceasefire agreement came into effect on 10 October 2025, many families in the Gaza Strip are still waiting for information about loved ones who went missing during the war,” according to Gisha.

Families who have learned that their loved ones died in Israeli custody are also waiting “for information about the circumstances of their death and for the return of the bodies for burial.”

The rights group said that Israeli authorities have provided families “with partial, inaccurate and sometimes misleading information” and have delayed investigation and failed to disclose the findings of the circumstances of death.

State cannot locate body

According to Gisha, the state cannot find the body of Rami, a father of five from Gaza who was working in construction in Israel on 7 October 2023, after which all work permits were revoked.

Rami was swept up in a mass arrest operation and – after he was denied medical treatment for symptoms of diabetes, and following being severely beaten during his arrest – died a few days after he was detained. More than two years after the man’s death, the state stated that it could not locate his body.

Meanwhile, Rami’s wife and two of their children were killed during Israel’s attacks in Gaza, according to Adham, Rami’s brother, who is now caring for the couple’s two surviving children.

Gisha was informed that Khaled, a paramedic from Khan Younis who was arrested while on duty in Gaza in December 2023, had died the same day he was detained at the notorious Sde Teiman military detention camp.

A physician representing Khaled’s family was present when an autopsy was carried out in May 2025 “but his participation was conditioned on his signing a pledge of confidentiality regarding its findings.”

“More than a year after the autopsy was performed, the family has still not received information regarding its findings,” Gisha said. “They also do not know where he died, whether in Gaza or in Israel, about the circumstances of his death, why his body continues to be held by Israel, or when, if ever, it will be returned to his family for burial.”

A Humanoid Company Backed by Eric Trump Is Preparing Its Robots for War

The CEO of Foundation Future Industries, which counts the president’s son as its chief strategy adviser, tells WIRED it’s exploring some “kinetic things.”

Some companies want their humanoid robots to fold your clothes. Others want them in the workplace. Sankaet Pathak and his startup Foundation Future Industries have a slightly different goal: produce an all-American robot supersoldier.

Pathak, Foundation’s CEO, says his company plans to start giving its humanoids lethal capabilities soon, although he declined to share specifics. “We have some kinetic things we're exploring,” he tells WIRED. (He means weapons systems.) “We'll probably unveil something in the next couple of months,” he adds. Besides combat, the company says its robots could be useful for logistics, reconnaissance, and inspection.

The US military has a long-standing interest in humanoids. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency funded major humanoid contests between 2012 and 2015, and the Army has a program called xTechHumanoids that bankrolls the development of technologies relevant for "militarized humanoid capabilities.” Militaries around the world are rapidly exploring and adopting new autonomous or semiautonomous systems, including aerial drones, small vessels, and compact vehicles. Legged systems can traverse more challenging terrain, and the hope is that humanoids could take on many tasks now done by human soldiers. The war in Ukraine has served as a laboratory for the development and testing of many of these systems; Foundation says it has tested its humanoid, Phantom MK1, with Ukrainian forces.

It’s unique in its targeting of the military market, and so far it’s been lucrative. The company has government contracts worth millions of dollars and high-profile backers to spread its message: Eric Trump, the president’s son, is both an investor and the company’s chief strategy adviser. “People don't realize he actually is an engineer at heart, so he does a lot of milling and things like that at his home,” Pathak says.

During an interview with Fox Business on April 23, Trump bragged about the company’s bots. “When you go up and you interact with these robots, and they fist-bump you, they high-five you, they follow your commands,” he said. “You bring in AI autonomy, it's going to change industry, going to change military application, it's going to change hospitality. The uses are unlimited, and I think it’s a very beautiful thing.”

Foundation was founded in 2024. A few months later, it acquired a company called Boardwalk Robotics, which worked closely with the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC), a nonprofit research institute in Florida known for its work on humanoid robots.

During Trump’s segment on Fox, the host touted a “$24 million contract with the Pentagon” won by the company, though that appears to be a bit fuzzy: When WIRED asked for more information about Foundation’s contracts, the company shared details of two that had been inherited from Boardwalk and three that came through IHMC. The company doesn’t appear to have independently secured new dough from the government.

Still, some people believe it’s a promising niche. “If you put a military hat on, it makes a lot of sense, because it’s where soldiers still die—that first entry through a door," says one roboticist familiar with Foundation, who asked to remain anonymous so as not to affect business relationships. "If you look at Fallujah, the first Gulf War, you had several thousand insurgents hiding in 10,000 buildings and [US troops] just going door to door."

“I think it is so close to feasible that I'm surprised they’re not already fielded,” they add.

Like other humanoid companies, however, Foundation often portrays its robots performing tasks autonomously—and other experts say fully autonomous robot soldiers are a distant dream at best.

He's Dead I said he'd bail last minute!

Netanyahu postpones US trip after failing to get Trump meeting, to attend Graham funeral: reports

Graham, who was a major supporter of Israel, died unexpectedly last week at the age of 71-years-old. His office said the senator's funerals will take place on July 28 in Washington, D.C., and July 29 in South Carolina.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said this week the prime minister has rescheduled his planned trip to the United States by a week to coincide with the funeral of the late-Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham.

Graham, who was a major supporter of Israel, died unexpectedly last week at the age of 71-years-old. His office said the senator's funerals will take place on July 28 in Washington, D.C., and July 29 in South Carolina.

Netanyahu has also delayed the trip after failed efforts in recent days to arrange a meeting between him and President Trump, reports i24 News in Israel, based on what the news outlet said were sources familiar with the matter.

Those efforts ultimately failed, with no date finalized for a meeting and no preliminary understandings reached regarding its agenda or expected outcomes, preparatory steps that are typically completed before a summit between national leaders.

The prime minister praised Graham as a "great friend of Israel" in a reaction post to the late-senator's death and stated that Israel had "no better friend than Lindsey."

"Lindsey understood that the security of Israel and America are inseparable," Netanyahu posted on X. "He devoted his life to defending America, strengthening our alliance and standing up for the free world. Israel has lost one of its greatest friends. America has lost a great patriot. I have lost a beloved friend."

The upcoming visit will be the leader's first official trip to the U.S. since American forces engaged in a conflict with Iran.

DARK RITES Jewish Ritual Murder

"The essential message of the video "Dark Rites: Jewish Ritual Murder" is that accusations of Jewish ritual murder (often called "blood libel") are not baseless antisemitic myths or libels, but reflect a real, recurring historical pattern of Jews committing ritualistic murders of non-Jews (especially Christians/children) for religious or magical purposes, tied to holidays like Passover and Purim, and involving blood use, torture, and mockery of Christian symbols like the crucifixion."
