Does the census now do a body count instead of a citizen count?

It should be a citizen count. With all the non-citizens in there, more ballots will be printed- whether they should vote or not. Also important for allocation of seats in Congress. Obfuscates the scam.

If everyone is counted, citizen or not, legal or not, then the Constitution is literally a document for the world, not the United States.
