This is an observation
The communist is more of a style of government it is not really like an economical philosophy.
The capitalism is really more of an economical philosophy.
This is where there is a large difference in just what you are talking about.
One is more goverment again the other is more an economic style.

Also fascist is really also a style of government like communism. Oddly usually communism will lead sometimes to fascist dictatorship. I do not think that it is always like this but if it is not then usually it just believes in large government in power.

I do not like to always quote this but this is correct it looks like.

Communism
Although this is ultimate communism form it usually does not ever get to this state of that the people do not own things at all. This is what is so hard about this it is not an ideal that can be realized is all.
That is the first major issue in my mind. I believe people keep trying to make this happen and if they one day do get to this point who knows but I doubt it will ever happen. This is the issue of no check and balances is all I believe.
This is where no communist government has been able to fully own things. If they do want to do this they need to well go about this in a much more enclose way in all forms of life. The issue is that it is almost like a prison and hope to like divide things in an qual from. This is always the issue is all. So then who knows I can say that I believe if they want to give communism a real shot they need to double down that much more now.
