Mojtaba Khamenei flees Iran as mystery over whereabouts grows: report
Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei is no longer in Iran, according to an Israeli security source cited by Saudi news outlet Al-Hadath, The Times of Israel reported on Sunday.
The report comes as questions continue to swirl over Khamenei's whereabouts.
He has not appeared publicly since being named supreme leader following the Feb. 28 U.S.-Israeli strike that killed his father.
The source also said Khamenei's messages were written by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRCG) chief Ahmad Vahidi or other members.
