>ENGLEWOOD, Co., April 18, 2005 - Cenveo™ Inc. (NYSE: CVO) today announced that it has

retained Rothschild Inc. to assist the Board in a thorough evaluation of its strategic alternatives.

The law firms of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P. have also been

retained to advise in connection with the review of strategic alternatives. The Board said today

that while it will review all options in consultation with its advisors, there can be no assurance of

any particular outcome.

Looking for newer sauce, WLRK no longer works at Cenveo but Rothschild inc are still the financial advsiors.

> Cenveo's legal advisors are Kirkland & Ellis. The Company's financial advisor is Rothschild, Inc., and its restructuring advisor is Zolfo Cooper LLC.

So Rothschild inc are the financial advisors to one of the worlds largest printing companies, they work in U.S., Canada, India, Asia and the Caribbean Rim. In January 2018 Cenveo filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy citing overwhelming debt to multiple lenders. Also on June 6 this year, the CEO Robert Burton Sr resigned, which is already in the notable resignation list. The resignation could just be because of his shitty management and making the company bankrupt, but with the connection to the Roths, I dunno.

They seem to be a massive company. This website shows some of their publishing clients. Big names. Oxford, Cambridge, Nat Geo, couple of big scientific journals.
