And so, of course, is The Odyssey. But don’t take my word for it. The film is “grand spectacle with a fascinating moral core. It’s extraordinary,” writes one well-known cinephile named Ben Shapiro.

Verified X users with names like Roman Helmet Guy can cry all they want about how “the positive reviews (by professional movie critics) are evidence of a woke conspiracy to overthrow Western civilization.” The rest of us will be too busy enjoying ourselves in IMAX 70mm to notice.

fake news regarding the odyssey as abox office hit must be beleived at all costs

All inked to Israel money.

YOU must beleive The Odyssey is a hit.

It cannot fail.

The narrative is being pushed that go woke go broke is a myth.

Hollywood cannot fail.

Too much big money is tied to its sucfess.

Too many people will lose if the public and social media speak Hollywood out of existence ahead of any film release.

The big stars cannot be seen as flops either.

They also cannot let poeple like X/Twitter Elon have any social influence.

They had a few weeks to devise the plan to counter the flop, so they orchestrated the fake money box office, fake influx of cas, and critic reviews.

All paid for, all PR, all to save face.

Again, most will still beleive the fake news on this fuckery.

So the push it is a hit is EVERYWHERE and most will simply beleive it.

Jews who own American media

A closer look at mainstream media

Muhammad Qassam

Aug 12, 2025

Most of what Americans watch on screen is distributed by just four companies. Together these media conglomerates own most of America’s TV networks1 and film studios2. They are Comcast, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Paramount Global.

They are all led by Jewish CEOs.

Brian Roberts (Comcast)

David Ellison (Paramount Global)

David Zaslav (Warner Bros. Discovery)

Robert Iger (The Walt Disney Company)

These are all publicly traded companies. While ownership in publicly traded companies is diffuse, leadership is not. The CEO often provides the clearest picture of who is truly in charge. But it’s not always the case. Still, it’s possible to identify which individuals control each media organization by scurtinizing ownership. Let’s take a closer look at them, one by one.

Comcast

Grade: Owned by Jews

Brian Roberts is Comcast’s Chairman and CEO. He owns 100% of Comcast’s Class B shares, which gives him an undilutable 33% voting power over the company. He is the largest individual investor in Comcast, and his shares are valued at $1.2 billion.

There are several other Jews in top leadership. This includes Jeffrey Honickman3 (Director), Matt Strauss (Chairman of NBC Universal Media Group), and Rebecca Blumenstein4 (President of NBC News).

Paramount Global

Grade: Owned by Jews

Paramount Global is currently controlled primarily by National Amusements, which controls 77% of the voting power. National Amusements is owned by the Redstone family and is now being sold to David Ellison. Both the Redstone and Ellison families are Jewish.

Warner Bros. Discovery

Grade: Owned by Jews

David Zaslav is not the largest stakeholder in Warner Bros. Discovery. That distinction belongs to his Jewish patron, Steven O. Newhouse, whose shares are valued at $5.1 billion, making up 16% of the company.5

The Walt Disney Company

Grade: Led by Jews

For the past 40 years, Disney has been led by two Jewish CEOs. Michael Eisner was CEO from 1984 to 2005. Bob Iger took over in 2005 and stayed in the role until 2020.6 He returned in 2022 and is still CEO today. He is the largest individual shareholder of Disney.

There are several other Jews in top leadership. This includes Alan Bergman (Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment), Dana Walden7 (Co-Chairman of Disney Entertainment), Michael B.G. Forman (Director), and Jenny Cohen (Executive Vice President).

Other media owned by Jews

Michael Bloomberg (Bloomberg L.P.)

Arthur Ochs Sulzberger Jr. (New York Times)

Mortimer Zuckerman (U.S. News & World Report)

Mark Beinoff (Time Magazine)

Katrina vanden Heuve (The Nation)

Agnelli8 and Rothschild families (The Economist9)

Graham family10 (Rolling Stone, Foreign Policy, Slate, and several TV stations)

Randall Smith11 and Heath Freeman12 (New York Daily News, Chicago Tribune, Boston Herald, The Denver Post, Orlando Sentinel, The Mercury News, East Bay Times, and The Orange County Register).

Newhouse family13 (Vogue, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, GQ, Wired, Tatler, and Glamour, The Star-Ledger, The Plain Dealer, The Oregonian)

Adelson family (Las Vegas Review-Journal)

Brian Greenspun (Las Vegas Sun, Las Vegas Weekly, and Las Vegas Magazine)

Block family (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh City Paper, Toledo Blade, and several TV stations)

Jonah Peretti14 (BuzzFeed)

Barry Diller15 (Daily Beast, People, and several lifestyle media16)

Ben Shapiro17 (The Daily Wire)

Breitbart family and Larry Solov18 (Breitbart News Network)

Dennis Prager (Prager University)

Bari Weiss, Nellie Bowles, and Suzy Weiss (The Free Press)

Seth Dillon19 (The Babylon Bee)

Sander Garber and Yoav Roth20 (National Enquirer, National Examiner, Globe)

David Scott Portnoy (Barstool Sports)

Dan Abrams (Mediaite)

Marc Rowan, Joshua Harris, Leon Black21 (Yahoo!)

Mark Cuban (2929 Entertainment)

Media managed by Jews, primarily owned by others

Sony Pictures Motion, CEO Thomas Rothman

The Atlantic, editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg

The Bulwark, editor-in-chief Bill Kristol

Amazon MGM Studios, CEO Andy Jassy22

Murdoch Family Trust

Grade: Owned by people with some Jewish family

The Murdoch Family Trust effectively controls a wide range of media assets across several sectors through Newscorp and Fox Corporation23. The Trust owns 14% of the companies, and roughly 40% of their voting shares. The Murdoch family is mostly not Jewish but has several Jewish family members.24

Why Didn't The Odyssey Feel Epic?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDFakv4BO8w

What separates a film you admire from one you truly believe? Why do classics like The Lord of the Rings, Gladiator, The Godfather and Jurassic Park completely transport us into their worlds?

And why did The Odyssey leave me feeling like I was always watching actors on a set?

Let's talk about movie magic, mythology, and whether Christopher Nolan was the right director for one of the greatest stories ever told.

It’s important to question the over-the-top adulation this undoubtedly entertaining movie is receiving. Nolan fans and reviewers seem to have no knowledge of Greek mythology or ancient history, so they confuse art with entertainment. Most who see it are only interested in being entertained, and I have no doubt that, when it comes to escapist entertainment, Nolan’s IMAX spectacle delivers. Especially if you like your ancient Greeks to speak like modern Americans. But those of us with a little more historical knowledge still can't believe that none of you fans give a damned about historical or even mythological authenticity. Without authenticity, this movie is transformed from Greek mythology set in the late Bronze Age into just another completely made-up, untethered fantasy. And mythology is not fantasy: it's a cultural expression grounded in a particular time and place, which means a historical setting. Nolan's Odyssey is a splendid entertainment, but, since it is so inauthentic, it's certainly not cinematic art, and thus no “masterpiece”.

I can't agree with whoever says this is not a bad film when its only saving grace is it's picture and cinematography.

Casting, score, acting, dialogue, costumes, color grading they're basically all compromised, so, at what point does a good movie turn meh or bad when it has so many issues? Especially when the expectations are as large thanks to the budget, director and the "fully filmed in IMAX" stunt.

The film was a drag and constantly reminded me I was watching a glorified high school play instead of a blockbuster movie about one of the most epic novels ever written.

When he decided to race swap and cast the most famous actors in the world - he gave up any hope of making a film that will be loved. There will be an asterisk next to it forever. (Like those who cheated to get home run records.)

@b1gRich07

"The sea and ships look impressive". Sorry to break your immersion even more but the ships were one of the biggest immersion breakers for me. That's not a Greek Galley, thats a viking long ship - separated in history by about 2000 odd years. Nolan hoped you wouldn't notice. Also, Sinon was not in the Odyssey. Sinon is from a Roman epic about the Trojan Wars, not written by the Greeks - so Sinon doesn't really even belong in this movie if your trying to stick to the actual book of the Odyssey. Nolan pulled a fast one over audiences because he knew that casting Elliot Page as Achilles was a stupid idea so he deleted Achilles entirely from the story, and replaced his role with Sinon, so he could let people be rage baited by Elliot Page being fake achilles. Very sneaky Nolan - stupid as hell. Having Lupita playing Helen of Troy has me reconsidering if a white person could actually in theory play T'Challa in Black Panther, because race doesnt matter anymore.

You know how a movie should make you feel some kind of inspired or some sense of inner strength or a sense of something. This movie definitely had none of that. 🤦 Not good at all in my opinion. 👎 Why do people talk about this is some kind of a good movie. 🤯 Nope. people are afraid to tell the truth these days because they're afraid of something. 🤦

Whereas I thought the movie was TERRIBLE. Nolan was afraid to make Odysseus into A HERO. He made him a coward, he made him a wimp, and an idiot. You don't let invaders take your home. It's very much ANTI-safe borders. Nolan lost his balls by using a TRASH translation.

Clash of the Titans (1981) was more timeless. The only thing that dates that film is technology. The casting in odyssey is bad but the dialogue is worse. People won’t talk about the odyssey in 5 years.

The sales numbers for Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey can seem misleading because its massive $264.1 million global opening was heavily front-loaded and distorted by extreme premium pricing, advanced premium large format (PLF) ticketing, and aggressive pre-sales.The reasons why the box office totals paint a slightly skewed picture include:IMAX & PLF Pre-loading: The film relies exceptionally heavily on premium formats. It set historical records for IMAX pre-sales, with tickets selling out months in advance and some fetching extreme resale prices. This means the opening weekend total was inflated by higher ticket prices, rather than just raw admissions.Overwhelming Budget Requirements: While a $264 million worldwide debut is historic, the film comes with an estimated $250 million production budget and $125 million marketing spend. Industry analysts report that the movie needs around $625 million in global ticket sales just to break even.Internet Controversy Impact: The movie was the target of highly coordinated internet backlash, review-bombing, and organized social media campaigns regarding alleged casting and narrative liberties. Because of this, public debate has focused on discrediting or inflating the numbers based on political motivations rather than standard box office metrics.
