You can mandate that Congress stays in session until it is approved and if they leave for another vacation, you can assign delegates to vote on all legislation until Congress convenes it's regular session. That will teach them, DOIT!!! Also it is your duty as Chief Executive to enforce election integrity, and technically you can charge them with treason for aiding and abetting the enemy because they are creating a situation where non citizens can vote with US citizen credentials and their actions are fostering election fraud. Let them explain their innocence to a Military judge where they are assumed guilty. ThankQ for your attention to this matter!!!
