The beginning of the century was the initiation of increased "events" to lead to more control over American citizens. 911 and the Patriot Act. But also, HAVA, labeled as the Help America Vote Act but in reality, its the Hack Americans' Votes Act. It began the electronic voting machine fiasco. Bush vs Gore had the hanging chads that were a manipulated excuse. Congress passed HAVA and enabled vote fraud on a national scale.

Ney pleaded guilty on October 13, 2006, to a two-count information charging him with conspiracy to commit multiple offenses – including honest services fraud, making false statements, and violations of his former chief of staff’s one-year lobbying ban – and with making false statements to the U.S. House of Representatives. The named co-conspirators in the charges to which Ney pleaded guilty includeJack Abramoff,Michael Scanlon, Tony Rudy, and Ney’s former chief of staff Neil Volz. All have previously pleaded guilty in this investigation and are cooperating with law enforcement officials.

Abramoff goes on to describe how he met with Rep. Bob Ney at the restaurant ‘Signatures’ on March 20, 2002 and, “[b]etween trays of sushi,” convinced him to insert legislation into the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) favoring his client, the Coushatta. Ney, according to Abramoff, asked him to contact former Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT). Abramoff’s colleague Mike Scanlon dealt with Dodd’s team and came back with a request for a $50,000 contribution to the Democrats in Dodd’s name. Scanlon said he could cover the contribution from a budget the Tiguas provided.
