Mine has been locked the same way, and it been stuck in a verify loop, it’s their nastiest trick… can’t even create a new account w/o buying new devices, router or whatever, happened to me back when Kanye woke up, I’m sure it’s related to Candace, they don’t want any white folk showing support for black patriots…
