I think that plane crash in California over the weekend was a hit on one of the passengers, anons.

The 5 victims are the pilot, identified as Scott Shepherd, the pilot's wife Lara Shepherd, realtors Floria Hakimi, her son Navid Hakimi, a musician/DJ and 29-year-old employee Nasim Ghanadan. (pics attached)
The 4 passengers all worked for Pacific Union Realty, which specializes in high end transaction. Pilot Scott Shepherd was the owner of a San Francisco real estate consulting firm Category III Aviation Corp. His wife Lara was a top consultant at Pacific Union along with the other three victims of the crash.
What I’m gathering from this NYT article is that Pacific Union had lately been emphasizing reassembled parcels—basically, the old estates that had years ago been divided up into multiple residential lots, “flipping” them by demolishing the smaller structures, and selling the larger consolidated parcel of land at premium prices for rich globetrotters.
“Pulling out a color-coded spreadsheet that he said included the names of about 2,800 billionaires, he explained that by his calculation, roughly 50 to 100 of the people on that list would be in the market for such a property — Middle Eastern royalty or a Russian oligarch being a few of the possibilities he bandied about.” Anons, it’s not difficult to imagine how tightly this guy and his firm would protect data like that.
