The first time I heard about this, was on the last cutoff date, and it is being done again. Some of us fought wars that no one in this country wanted to fight and those wars have taken a toll on us and left us decimated waiting on he calvary that never came after 25 years. I can be a future major asset to this initiative, but first, you have to reach out and help rectify this situation that has kept us in a foxhole, half blinded and much worse.
