Airman Reveals How America Finds, Tracks, and Kills High-Value Targets!

Lito Villanueva went from a junior Air Force cyber specialist to a military contractor in Afghanistan, a special operations communications expert, and eventually a volunteer supporting teams near the front lines of the war in Ukraine.

In this episode, of Urban Valor, Lito shares the uncensored story of leaving the U.S. Air Force after two years, landing a $164,500 Afghanistan contractor job at 21, surviving daily mortar attacks at FOB Shank—better known as “Rocket City”—and entering the hidden world of special operations, C4ISR, military communications, drones, intelligence, surveillance, and kinetic strike operations.

He also opens up about the psychological cost of war, witnessing lethal operations, returning home disconnected from civilian life, battling depression, and finding a new sense of purpose through veteran suicide prevention and humanitarian work.

Years later, after Russia invaded Ukraine, Lito entered the country alone with humanitarian aid and eventually joined a team that needed his expertise in tactical communications, blue-force tracking, intelligence organization, and battlefield command-and-control systems.

And you realize it's like this manipulation of government markets. it it's these government contracts that are negotiated levels way way way above us that you and I aren't in the room for at the Pentagon that that aren't getting a board seat at Andero as a VP of operations or something because we passed them along this contract deal

because this is the this is that that military-industrial complex that is so shielded from the military green suitor until you're out and you realize oh this is how the world works around the military.

That's the truth of it, man. it's always been about money. I think

there are a lot of people that are still incentivized to spin the wheel to to spin to spin a web of lies about capabilities uh because of money reasons, because of contract renewals, because my buddy works there now.

And unfortunately, the the person who's affected by this is the green suitor.

The person who is eventually going to get that weapon system or that counter weapon system, like a counter drone system, and they're going to find that it's not going to work.

Just recently, Dan Driscoll, the Secretary of the Army, said drone buster [ __ ] sucks. And you know, it's weird to come from me like some random guy saying, "Yeah, this thing's garbage."

But for the Secretary of the Army to finally say that and the amount of roaring applause that he's getting for saying the truth,

I feel like that's going to be a change in in in the realities of the world.

Like cuz cuz they know that this is a problem, a a real problem, an asymmetric threat where guys who are who are parked in a truck in in a in a parking lot right outside an airfield uh in an airport or outside of a military base can do ungodly amounts of damage

and and we don't have all the necessary tools to stop them right now.

There is a clear capability gap that we're trying to address. That's the core that we're trying.

I think I'm playing chess, I see a king I'm at his neck

I'm three steps ahead at every move, now that's a check, yes

They wanna know my secret, it's because I never slept

All my nightmares are me at 40, life's a wreck

See my dad, he in debt and my mom, she upset

That's way back when 408 on Seminole was the address

I saw things, I shouldn't have, though I love the fam to death

Way back then, it was a mess, we was living check to check

Now my shirts are getting pressed, your girl see me, she impressed

And my fans are quite obsessed, I owe 'em everything, I'm blessed

Made a living, making art and aiming closely at they neck

If you think I'm not a threat, I'm like, "Eh", incorrect, yeah

She call, I put her on black list, I call that options

They can support or get dropped quick, that be my stock pick

I guess I'm back in the cockpit, turn the whole crowd to a mosh pit

I make a hit like a drop-kick, 'cause I got the key like a lock smith

I think I'm playing chess, I see a king I'm at his neck

I'm three steps ahead at every move, now that's a check, yes

They wanna know my secret, it's because I never slept

All my nightmares are me at 40, life's a wreck

If I make enough to hop in a ghost, then I'll be a ghost

What I do is a hobby for most, a comedy roast

So I'm on my own, I gotta be known, they gotta be toast

I'm an anomaly know, you ain't ever put the motherfucking work in, into a dream, and it's obvious

Now I body everything and everybody at shows

My revenue growth, is out of control

I'm ready to blow, I'm ready for war

I'm ready to smoke, you ready to go?

I really-

I think I'm playing chess, I see a king I'm at his neck

I'm three steps ahead at every move, now that's a check, yes

They wanna know my secret, it's because I never slept

All my nightmares are me at 40, life's a wreck
