Dunno why people are saying Trump can't serve a 3rd term. The US Constitution says a President can't be ''elected'' into office more than twice. It doesn't mention succession.

So you got 2 options:

-JD Vance or Rubio can run with Trump as their VP, then step down to let Trump be President

-Trump is selected as Speaker of the House, JD and Rubio run for President / VP, then JD and Rubio both step down so Trump becomes President because Speaker of the House is 3rd in line for Prez
