"…Police said officers responded to a home in the 1300 block of Dunning Drive shortly after 11 a.m. for a death investigation and found Caprioli deceased.

"The circumstances surrounding her death remain under investigation.

"Neighbor Dustin Pettit said he witnessed Wolfson and Caprioli engaged in what appeared to be a heated argument at the home days before the alleged killing."

The 36 yr old man had moved back in with his now-late mother abour 6 months ago.
