dude the Greek word used here for "know" with in this context means "to make known". Paul uses the same exact word in 1 Corinthians 2:2

2 For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

Surely Paul knew more than that. He was saying what he would tell them. The Greek word here for know can mean both to cognitively know as well as to make known. English is much the same. We use know in many different ways. We understand how we mean it by the context. Jesus is God in the context and his disiples later confirm in John 16 29His disciples said to Him, โ€œSee, now You are speaking plainly, and using no figure of speech! 30Now we are sure that You know all things, and have no need that anyone should question You. By this we believe that You came forth from God.โ€
