The new CIA(RSA)?

The most important asset the old "CIA" had was control of the narrative. Before they controlled the narrative through full-spectrum-dominance.

Now they want DIRECT control to censor?

And they have the balls to put this in:

"(6) an important element of this strategy should be to protect and promote a free, healthy, and independent press in countries vulnerable to foreign disinformation."

Sigh..

Q? Are they this blatant? Are they this stupid? Will/Can POTUS be strong armed to sign the bill into law?
