I will answer my own question. I would say that the potential lawsuit mentioned by McCullough live on air is a good lead. States shall not conspire with campaigns. He stated he believes that the Podesta emails provide proof of such conspiracy.
What law should be altered?
Education. We need to move back toward the classics, with the strongest possible emphasis on critical thinking and philosophical tools of logic and rhetoric. We need the next generation to be avid writers and voracious diggers. Logic and Philosophy will provide for that if done in accordance with the classics. A grassroots movement to bring about improved education in this area would be revolutionary. If it can actually be caused through local budgetary spending or state budgetary spending, this can be done by getting the attention of your representatives.

The positions that decide on community standards of media and education. Transparency and firm metrics can be put in place from a seat of influence. Even better - code and build something for your community. Use the money to invest in beauty and truth.
