Nietzsche gave five lectures on education in 1872 and said something almost nobody quotes. The state does not want thinkers. It wants useful people. And the question hiding inside that word is the only one that matters. Useful to whom.
This is not a video about bad teachers. Most teachers are trying to do something decent inside a system that was not built for what they are trying to do. This is about what the school system was built for, who benefits from it now, and the four specific cowardices it installed in you before you were old enough to object.
