the VA let my dad die of phemonia, because they never detected it.
He Kept going to the VA but they said he was fine and its was his COPD.
He had COPD from agent orange in vietnam and the Pneumonia took him under, that was Christmas eve of 2022.
The hospital said he died of Pneumonia, thats how we found out.
