Unless there is a demonstrable conspiracy of which the fraud was a component. If so then SOL clock does not begin to run, on any actor, until the last act by any member of the conspiracy.
Problem with treason is the requirements of proof as laid out in the constitution. It requires the testimony of two direct witnesses to the act of treason, or confession in open court.
Produce the two witnesses to a specific act, not a generalized outcome, and we can talk. Until then conspiracy is a much better route IMO.

Arguably the conspiracy continued at least to the 2024 election, and depending on the demonstrated objective of the conspiracy (to seize power over the US govt. for example), to the present day.
I would also note that a conspiracy course does not preclude a treason charge for one or more of the conspirators, provided the constitutionally mandated elements of proof are met.
Finally I would point out that Tulsi telegraphed that this is the course that is being pursued by her repeated references to a "conspiracy" to overthrow the govt.

I was not asking you to produce two witnesses I was pointing out that until two such witnesses are produced the argument is fruitless.
