Most have a portion they pay themselves, WHICH they never do.

Section 8 holds no authority, responsibility, or duty to help EVICT those who don't pay.

When Tenants turn SQUATTERS, it's up to the Landlord to get them out. "RENTERS RIGHTS" ambulance chasers create laws to PROTECT SQUATTERS and Section 8 AIDS THEM.

Laws need to be Inacted, immediately EVICTING, without the need for an UNALWFUL DETAINER ACTION to be initiated in court.

Realtors, Banks and Appraisers belong on the list of why the "American Dream" is a nightmare for most.

However, point was that Laws only seem to AID criminals, and punish victims.

Landlords may be scum and over charge for rent, but that doesn't make two wrongs a right.
