Can 'we the people' invoke the 6th Amendment in return
Why did Fauci plead the 5th when asked innocuous questions such as what color his tie is or the color of the carpet.
These are not questions that are incriminating so there is no need for the 5th.
However failing to answer those questions is an obstruction of Congress.
Why did he plead the 5th when asked the color of the carpet or his tie.
The color of the tie or carpet is not something he could be prosecuted for.
