KIWI Covid vaccine whistleblower Barry Young has compared data on the vaccine to “a crucifix to a vampire”, in an ongoing court case.
Counsel for the New Zealand government, aka the Crown, actually refused to show the vaccine data that Young leaked to a judge, who ordered it to be produced in pre-trial proceedings.
Young has been charged under section 252 of the Crimes Act 1961 for accessing a computer for a dishonest purpose, and faces potential prison time. He has pleaded not guilty and elected a trial by jury.
In court the Crown gave the data spreadsheet to their own expert witness, Professor Robert Scragg of Auckland University, but then refused to provide it to the court. Professor Bragg is the same expert who claimed the vaccine was “so safe he didn’t even need to look at it”.
“When challenged on proper procedure, they initially agreed, then backtracked weeks later claiming it was “too hard,” and are now actively refusing to show the evidence to the judge,” Young told journalist Liz Gunn.
“Barry suggests that the only logical reason is that they are terrified of what the data actually shows,” says Gunn .
“It’s like a crucifix to a vampire. They cannot look at it because they’re just terrified of it. And that’s been apparent throughout, even with this latest hearing,” said Young.
He pointed out that the judge, to his credit, told the court “I want to see the data.”
“They [The Crown] gave the spreadsheet to their professor, their expert witness, they gave the data to him. The one who said, “It’s such a safe vaccine… that I don’t need to look at it.” Yep, Professor [Robert] Scragg, of Auckland University,” Young told Gunn.
“And the judge said, as a matter of procedure, if you show the evidence to the expert, the court expects to see it as well. That’s process 101. And the Crown said, “Oh, yes, if it would benefit the court, we will produce the data. We will give it to the court.”
“However, they backtracked a couple of weeks later on that statement, which they made at the voir dire (the process of questioning potential jurors).
“They backtracked on it and said, “We’ve had a look and it’s too hard. So we’re not going to give the court that evidence, that data. So we’re not going to show it to them,” said Young.
“They just denied it. And so it goes round and round, but they are absolutely refusing to look at it. They are refusing to show it to the judge. And the reason why they’re refusing to look at it is clearly because they’re terrified of it.”
Our main picture is a screenshot from a video made by Gunn and Young that summarizes the leaked data. The first batch shows 152 deaths from 711 doses – a shocking 21% mortality rate. Other mortality rates range from 4.5% to 17%. Young says 0.75% is considered a normal mortality rate.
Meanwhile NSW Libertarian candidate Craig Kelly says the US Federal Drug Administration (FCA) has finally acknowledged that the Covid injections killed healthy children.
“I knew this happening and was being covered up. That’s why I got emotional in Parliament,” he said, referring to a speech he made as a Liberal-turned-independent MP back in 2021.
“Our bureaucrats were making decisions that would result in healthy children dying unnecessarily and the media were covering it up, while the social media platforms censored anyone trying to sound the alarm.
“And 99% of the politicians were happy to go along with it all because they were either too frightened to say anything, too lazy to do any research, or too dumb to understand the data.”
According to Google AI the FDA has acknowledged allegations that COVID-19 vaccines caused the deaths of at least 10 children, “but this occurred through an internal, highly contested memo written by a newly appointed agency official rather than a consensus scientific determination by the entire agency”.

Royal Commission: lawyers spar over Gaza genocide, health regulator admits Segal pressure
Australia’s health regulator has begun monitoring social media for criticism of Israel after pressure from Jillian Segal, the Royal Commission has heard, as a row over the word “genocide” erupted.
A heated exchange erupted at the Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion on Wednesday after counsel for the Jewish Council of Australia, Kirsten Edwards SC, questioned Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) chief executive Justin Untersteiner about whether healthcare workers could face complaints for describing Israel’s conduct in Gaza as genocide.
The exchange prompted strong objections from counsel for the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, Michael Borsky KC, who argued the commission should not become
“a platform” for “false claims” about Israel.
Edwards’ questioning centred on an example contained in the Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism’s handbook, which AHPRA adopted alongside the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition in June.
“One reading of the analysis provided of this example is that describing or using the words genocide, apartheid, or ethnic cleansing in connection with Israel’s actions in Palestine is antisemitic,” Edwards said.
She noted that international bodies, including the International Court of Justice, had used the term genocide in relation to Israel’s conduct in Gaza and asked how practitioners expressing similar views would be treated under AHPRA’s new approach.
“Prior to the publication of this handbook in January 2024, the International Court of Justice ruled that it was
plausible that Israel’s acts in Gaza could amount to genocide,” Edwards said.
Genocide claims antisemitic, claims Israel lobby lawyer
Borsky immediately objected and said the “false claims” would “fuel antisemitism”.
“I object. We respectfully submit that this Commission ought not be used as a platform for referring to such allegations. My friend is wrong. That’s not what was found, and the suggestion is, in any event, irrelevant to the Commission’s terms of reference, it could only be relevant to the subject of the Commission’s terms of reference in fuelling anti-Semitism and eroding social cohesion for these false claims to be advanced through this forum,” he said.
Commissioner Virginia Bell rejected the submission that the questioning was irrelevant.
“As I understand where Ms Edwards is going,” Bell said, “it is to contend that in some contexts, use of the word genocide … might nonetheless not be evidence of hostility towards Jews, but might reasonably be taken as a political statement about the conduct of the State of Israel.”
“I think that’s very much at the heart of aspects of the work of this Commission.”
Genocide denied
Borsky doubled down.
“Commissioner, with the greatest of respect, we understand and accept that. But accuracy matters and what my friend put was inaccurate. It was false. She put that the International Court of Justice has ruled that it was plausible that Israel’s acts in Gaza could amount to genocide.
“That is false, and its airing in public is liable to exacerbate the problem of anti-Semitism in his country,” he said.
Commissioner Bell disagreed.
“Mr Borsky, calling it false might be going one step beyond a neutral way of framing it,” she said.
Bell observed that the ICJ had not determined whether genocide had occurred but had accepted there was a prima facie case warranting provisional measures while proceedings continue.
Counsel assisting the Royal Commission, Richard Lancaster SC also interjected Edwards’ line questioning twice.
On the first occasion, Lancaster objected to Edwards’ characterisation of the example in the Special Envoy’s handbook, telling the Commission:
“I object to that because it refers to Zionism. It doesn’t refer to Israel.”

Allegedly told his handlers: 'I am here for the big jobs'
‘I know a lot’: Veteran of secret IDF unit charged with spying for Iran
Security authorities says suspect held for ‘contact with a foreign agent and attempted delivery of information for benefit of the enemy’
An Israeli civilian who previously served in the military in a classified unit has been arrested and charged with spying on behalf of Iran, Israeli authorities announced Wednesday.
He is the latest in a string of Israelis arrested for espionage on behalf of the Islamic Republic.
In a joint statement, the Israel Police, Defense Ministry, and Shin Bet said the suspect was charged at the Tel Aviv District Court on July 16 with “contact with a foreign agent and attempted delivery of information for the benefit of the enemy.”
The investigation found that the man, who served in a classified unit during both his mandatory service and reserve duty, was in contact with “an individual who identified himself as an Iranian intelligence agent.”
The statement said the suspect, who has not been named, at one stage was also asked to assist with recruiting a soldier “to establish contact with those [Iranian] agents.”
The reservist was asked to carry out small tasks including graffiti and arson to prove he was serious, but he insisted on carrying out more meaningful activities, Channel 12 news reported, citing his indictment.
“I am not here for these small tasks,” he responded to his handlers, with whom he communicated over the Telegram app, according to the report. “I know a lot; I am here for the big jobs,” he said.
There was a discussion on a significant payment in exchange for information, which was never carried out, sources aware of the details told Channel 12.
No further details were given regarding the information the suspect sent to the Iranian handler, or when he was arrested. The unit the man served in previously was not identified, as its activities are classified.
Israeli security authorities said they “reiterate their warning” to civilians against “maintaining contact with foreign actors from enemy states or with unidentified individuals.”
Over the past two years, dozens of Israelis, including several soldiers and reservists, have been charged with espionage on behalf of Iran. In many cases, Iranian agents recruited Israelis via social media, specifically through Telegram, with promises of payment.
Earlier this month, one soldier performing mandatory service was sentenced to five years in prison for carrying out espionage tasks on behalf of Iran, after being convicted of contact with a foreign agent and delivering information liable to benefit the enemy.
Iranian handlers usually start their recruits with relatively mundane tasks such as vandalism or the filming of public locations, which then escalate into more severe, sometimes even violent offenses.
The growing number of alleged Iranian agents has even prompted Israel to open up a new wing in Haifa’s Damon prison for those indicted on such spying charges. Most of the cases are still making their way through the legal system.

The AI Buildout Is on Track. The Recovery Isn't.
The Momentum Massacre Mostly Continues
The latest selloff in AI infrastructure stocks has created an uncomfortable split. The companies are reporting accelerating demand, expanding margins, and higher guidance. Their stocks are still getting hit.
The earnings argue that the AI buildout remains on track. The price action says the market is still reducing exposure to some of the companies that benefited most from it. Those are different signals, and treating one as a substitute for the other is how investors end up catching falling knives.
On X Tuesday night, we wrote that the reports and post-market reactions from three AI infrastructure companies were bullish for AI.
Overnight, SK hynix added a stronger data point—and a harsher lesson about this tape.
Four Checks Along the Supply Chain
The sequence started Monday with Celestica. Second-quarter revenue rose 62% year over year to $4.7 billion, adjusted operating margin reached a company record, and
management raised its 2026 revenue and earnings outlook. It expects revenue growth to accelerate again in 2027.
Tuesday broadened the confirmation. Bloom Energy reported record revenue of $1.07 billion, up 166% year over year, as product revenue rose 215%. It raised full-year revenue guidance to $3.9 billion–$4.2 billion, about twice last year’s revenue at the midpoint. Management said all the major U.S. hyperscalers, along with more than a dozen neoclouds, AI labs, and data-center operators, have approved its power systems.
Teradyne posted a second consecutive quarter of record revenue. Sales rose 104% year over year, earnings rose more than 300%, and memory-test revenue reached a record. Its third-quarter guidance reflects what management called robust AI-related demand. Seagate reported $3.6 billion in quarterly revenue, up 49% year over year, with gross margin expanding to 52.3% from 37.4%. It generated $1.1 billion in free cash flow and guided the next quarter to $4.1 billion in revenue.
The market rewarded those reports. Bloom rose 12.7% after hours, Teradyne rose 12.8%, and Seagate gained 6.6%. Celestica had already risen 10% Tuesday following its Monday report. Those moves show that the market can still reward strong execution, but they don’t constitute a broader recovery. Even at their after-hours prices, Bloom, Teradyne, and Seagate remained about 46%, 26%, and 28% below their respective late-June highs. Because the four companies occupy different points in the AI supply chain—manufacturing and networking, semiconductor testing, on-site power, and mass-capacity storage—their simultaneous strength makes a broad deterioration in AI infrastructure demand harder to square with the evidence.
