issuing pardons and the use of autopen are two separate issues. a president can issue a pardon without the use of an autopen.
this would not be a reason to pause the autopen investigation.
the president has executive power to pardon whether democrats "honor" this or not is a moot point.
the autopen investigation is a completely separate issue bearing on whether bidan was aware his signature was being used to issue the pardons, or if Jill or others were actually issuing the pardons via autopen without his knowledge.
So this tweet does not make sense as is. there must be missing information.
