Researcher UAP Gerb accuses Luis Elizondo of protecting classified UFO programmes
Fresh controversy has erupted within the UFO disclosure movement after researcher UAP Gerb made a series of allegations against former Pentagon official Luis Elizondo, claiming he may have previously helped protect classified UFO programmes before emerging as one of the public faces of disclosure.

The Main Allegation Centres on Programme Protection
The most serious allegation raised during the discussion involved Elizondo's reported role before leaving government service.
Gerb claimed there were longstanding allegations suggesting Elizondo had worked in technology protection and programme protection connected to legacy UAP programmes before becoming a public advocate for disclosure.
However, when challenged about evidence, Gerb stopped short of accusing Elizondo directly of a cover up. Instead, he clarified his position by saying, 'I'm not accusing him of a cover up. I'm relaying allegations.'
He also questioned whether Elizondo had been as open about crash retrieval and reverse engineering programmes as many supporters believe.
Importantly, no documentary evidence was presented during the interview to support these allegations. The discussion relied on unnamed sources and claims that have not been independently verified.
Luis Elizondo Pushes Back Against the Claims
Elizondo responded publicly soon after the interview, rejecting the allegations and criticising both Gerb and Ross Coulthart for giving airtime to what he described as inaccurate information.
He claimed he had previously offered Gerb his personal phone number so questions could be discussed directly rather than through public speculation. According to Elizondo, that opportunity was never used.
During his response, he said, 'If you want to know what's wrong with the UFO community, you have people out there, and by the way, yes, I'm addressing you who lied, to look in the mirror.'

His work, alongside archives compiled by researcher Budd Hopkins, documented accounts stretching across several decades.
According to the podcast, the most surprising discovery was not the appearance of the reported beings but the timing of events. It stated, 'Almost every witness, when pressed, lands on the same sequence. The same beats.'
Researchers say the reported order remained strikingly consistent regardless of whether the witness came from rural America, Brazil or the United Kingdom.
Cases involving Betty Andreasson, Travis Walton and several lesser known witnesses all described similar opening moments despite having no known connection with one another.

According to the archived testimonies, the reported encounters often began with an inability to move.
Witnesses frequently described the sensation as a sudden suspension rather than physical pain. Several said they remained fully aware but could no longer control their bodies or voices.
The next reported stage involved prolonged eye contact with the beings. Many claimed this happened immediately before the paralysis became complete.
Dr Mack noted in his research that numerous participants associated the gaze with the onset of paralysis rather than viewing it as a separate event.
Witnesses also repeatedly described what they believed was some form of scan. Instead of feeling physically touched, many said they sensed they were being examined from head to toe.
Several compared the experience to having information retrieved rather than collected for the first time.
Another detail appearing across numerous accounts was an unusual silence. Everyday sounds such as traffic, insects or household appliances reportedly disappeared altogether.
This was followed by what many described as direct communication without spoken words. Instead of hearing a voice, witnesses claimed they simply knew what was being communicated.
Researchers Remain Divided Over the Claims
Despite the similarities, researchers continue to disagree about what these reports actually represent.
Conventional explanations include sleep paralysis, hypnagogic hallucinations, false memories and the effects of hypnotic regression. These remain the most widely accepted interpretations within mainstream science.
Supporters of further investigation argue that several details appear difficult to reconcile with existing explanations alone.
They point to reports involving witnesses who claimed to be fully awake while driving, working or reading when the experiences allegedly began.
The podcast itself avoids presenting the accounts as proven fact. Instead, it stresses caution, stating, 'I am not telling you this happened. I'm telling you that this is what witnesses report with a consistency that demands scrutiny rather than dismissal.'
That distinction remains important because no publicly available evidence has conclusively demonstrated that extraterrestrial beings were responsible for any of these incidents.

'That Is What I Want to Know' tracks an unidentified flying object that appeared at Gimhae Airport.
In the SBS program 'That Is What I Want to Know,' airing at 11:10 p.m. on the 1st, a mysterious flight diversion incident at Gimhae Airport will be covered.
On May 19, an incident occurred aboard a flight scheduled to arrive at Busan Gimhae Airport around 9:30 p.m., departing from Nagoya, Japan.
Announcements were made that all takeoffs and landings at Gimhae Airport were completely prohibited and the runway was closed, making landing impossible; suddenly, the plane diverted to Incheon Airport.
Without knowing the exact reason for the sudden diversion, about 150 passengers arrived in Busan around 6 a.m. the next day by bus from Incheon Airport.
They reached their destination, which should have taken only an hour and a half from Nagoya, but arrived 10 hours later. What happened at Gimhae Airport that evening?
Witness Kim said, "Around 9 p.m., I saw lights flickering in the sky, with three of them appearing separately in a line."
A whistleblower who served in a military unit within the airport reported seeing strange lights passing above the living quarters.
The lights were not just one but three, moving in formation at a height equivalent to about 10 stories of an apartment building; they were unidentified flying objects emitting green light.
Gimhae Airport is a no-fly zone for aviation security and also hosts the Air Force, making it even more sensitive regarding security.
The Air Force, which controls the control tower, conducted a joint search with the police but failed to confirm any unidentified flying object.
The police also treated the incident as a misunderstanding where the lights in the night sky were mistaken for an aircraft and closed the case.
Another witness of the flying object, Choi, said, "I heard that when they broadcasted 'Actual Situation,' even officers were dispatched, and I believe an anti-terror specialist team known as a special mission squad was also deployed."
He claimed that at the time, he heard internal military radio communications, asserting that the command unit definitely confirmed the flying object.
The aircraft moved so mysteriously that it was difficult for trained Air Force personnel to chase it; it appeared and disappeared suddenly over two hours.
It was clearly a real entity, as it was captured by the military's internal systems.
Last May, President Trump released videos of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) that the United States has collected from around the world for over 80 years.
Amid growing interest in unidentified flying objects, was what was spotted at Gimhae Airport merely a misinterpretation of lights or civilian drones? Or could it be an unknown flying object, a UAP, approaching us?

I don’t know if that is true, but it’s interesting that per ex-NSA director Rogers, Clapper made a highly unusual ask of Rogers in 2016 to gather all of NSA’s UAP material.
