Actually Gen Caine hit a fine point in his joke. Many families suffer as the spouses go over seas, leaving extra burdens on young families to pick up the responsibilities or pay for costly services. This is why I said the best thing you could do for them, is give them their own social media support groups to allow them to collaborate, thus reaching into a pool of Talents from other patriotic families.
