Researchers at Ukraine’s Main Astronomical Observatory said in a new study that 'the Moon serves as a base for UFO's' as they claimed to have spotted a fleet of more than 20 unidentified objects.

 

A trio of Ukrainian researchers has claimed that the Moon is being used as a base for UFOs, as they say they have captured evidence of "technologically advanced civilization" that is non-human.

 

In a report about a new study titled 'UFO Dynamics on the Moon,' researchers at Ukraine’s Main Astronomical Observatory said that they had detected more than twenty objects near the Moon in high-speed video recordings made in August and September 2025.

 

"We believe that the Moon serves as a base for UFOs," the researchers, Boris Zhilyaev, Vladimir Petukhov, Sergey Pokhvala, wrote in the report. They claimed that UFOs can reach Earth in just 20 minutes, where they "manifest as UAP phenomena."
