Since some men like to wear make-up, are real women now wearing less make-up? Make-up used to be for clowns and for vaudeville, and sometimes to cover up pox marks. Real women didn't used to wear make-up until Hollyweird started to popularize it. I remember my mom used to wear make-up, and she was born in 1924, but I don't recall my grandma ever wearing it.
