A HOMELESS woman allegedly drugged and kept as a sex slave for months was found handcuffed on a balcony by a horrified neighbour.
A local initially believed the half-naked woman was a leftover Halloween decoration before phoning cops with four men, including two teenagers, being charged over the alleged campaign of abuse
— All four hold German passports, and the 29-year-old was already known to police.—
