Sorry if this has been addressed, but unless my grammar is failing me, shouldn't this read "why would previous Presidents' 'knowingly' [unequally] distribute America's wealth away by making unbalanced trade deals?"

Q wrote President's - typo or on purpose to focus on BHO?
