I read this bill and I have not been able to figure out how this bill opened the door to FB, Goog, YT, Twitter, etc, to report fake news.

I am not able to think the way these fuckers do so I was not able to see the way it could be used to do that. Can someone point out the way this bill opened the door to the fake news crap?
