some bakers have baked the OG early, so they don't get jammed waiting for bake to drop at the end of bread.
Dart reported a 10 min wait for bread to drop last week, but i haven't had problems so far for some reason.
Seems like the baking was in the old days, when we always had to wait for bread to drop.
