Why does anyone who isn't actively in govt. even have a security clearance. Over and over again we have seen how they are abused and used as a cash register. Revoke them all.
At the least downgrade them all to an "as needed" level. That way if there is a legitimate reason to grant them access you can do so but otherwise they see nothing.
