Being overturned on constitutional grounds needs to be a mandatory boot for any judge!!!
Also, in order to maintain separation of powers, only the Supreme Court should be able to block the actions of the President or the Executive Branch operating under the direction of the President!
Lower court judges may refer issues to the Supreme Court, but they should not have the ability to suspend or reverse Presidential actions. Only the Supreme Court or Congress - through legislation - should be able to reverse Executive actions.
