AG, as appointee, Blanche was voted against by people in the President's own party, and vilified during the course of the "advice and consent" process of Congress, over a fund to help those whose lives and, for some, liberty as well, was destroyed through targeted persecution and prosecution and spying means (geofencing) since deemed unConstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Yet no one in the then-President's party (Obama / democrat) said a word when the then AG called himself (as AG) "Obama's wingman" and when ALL democrat-run institutions, "independent" and otherwise, worked to imprison, de-platform, silence, strip professional licenses, and bankrupt and imprison through lawfare Trump, his associates, his family members, his Cabinet members, his campaign directors, donors and other officials, his supporters, those who chose not to be vaccinated or, Lord-forbid, advocate against mandated / forced injections into one's body, e.g., as Biden sent menacing looks into the camera and said, multiple times he intends to get : "… a shot in EVERY arm…"
Say that outloud, one word at a time.
… In the United States of America !!!
Fauci and friends shut down opposition, punitively and with life-changing and economically-devastingly consequences.
Those who criticize Trump and Blanche for settling one outrageous rights-violating case (IRS harassment and privacy-violations of Trump and his family members) by creating a fund - not to compensate Trump - but to make whole those ordinary citizens who dared to stand in the way of tyranny when their now shaming and blaming representatives were SILENT, hid in their taxpayer-funded offices, wore masks and worshipped idiotic "medical and science guidance" that were absurd on their face. It was THEIR job to stand up against the tyranny. But they FAILED.
Now they have the audacity to virtue signal against a fund designed to compensate those who stood up and did just that. Ordinary citizens whose well-paid and cowardly representatives failed them. So they stood up and took the incoming fire the representatives were to fearful to take.
Unlike the Blanche-criticizing Republicans, the Dems stood united behind their President.
Anon is sick of the selective outrage of some Republicans who sulk and hide when they should lead by example against Dem tyranny and then shame and blame nominees of their own party's President, pretending to be principled, when they should actually do the work to defend what is right and just.
Happily, Blanche was confirmed.
Unhappily, the compensation fund for those who took the bullets standing up for what was right and just, was sacrificed.
