Curiously, the Twin Towers had recently had work done on the floors that were "struck".

While there was no standard office construction taking place, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey had been executing a multi-year program to upgrade the spray-applied fireproofing insulation on the towers' lightweight steel floor trusses.

North Tower Upgrades: According to the subsequent federal investigation by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the fireproofing had been upgraded to a thicker, 1.5-inch layer on floors 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, and 98—directly matching the plane's primary impact point.

South Tower Upgrades: Upgrades had also been completed on floors 77, 78, and 85 within the South Tower's impact zone.

What are the odds that both the pentagon, and the towers had construction at the points of impact?
