If the core claims of QAnon were factually true—meaning a literal, global, Satanic pedophile cabal controls governments, media, and finance, and a secret military operation ("The Plan") is the only thing standing in its way—the consequences would be civilizational, existential, and catastrophic. It would not merely be a "scandal"; it would represent the total collapse of legitimacy for every major institution on Earth.

Here is what that reality would look like, broken down by domain:

Constitutional & Legal Collapse (The "Rule of Law" is a Lie)

The Judiciary is Compromised: If the Supreme Court, federal judges, and local prosecutors are cabal assets (or blackmailed), no court ruling in decades is legitimate. Every conviction, every acquittal, every precedent (Roe, Citizens United, etc.) is suspect.
