If you could get to Grok it/he could coach you on how to avoid it.

Some of it is how the algo works.

Imagine the flood of posts.

They have to sort.

Everybody who follows you has a claim to see what you write.

Here we have total space.

Jim and the bakers gives us total clean sheet to write on . space, many times each day. Never ended.

Remember how fast the bread used to go, when Q was posting.

Think of how fast it goes on X?

There you have to post replies at least fifteen minutes apart.

To avoid charges of spam.

Find out what time of day your homies are around. And post consistently at one time. bu a routine. That's calms down the algo

Certain subjects will get you deboosted. of course the subjects we are all interested in here.

So I ignore that. But mix in with other lighter stuff to your liking. And make conversation. That brings up your points. Take care of the little guys, write about the sauce

The algo likes images and videos and threads. Also content.

One word replies use up your capital.

If you see you are seriously deboosted, it might mean you are near a red line.

If you try to work harder to overcome the deboost, it will backfire.

The algo likes conversations with content. If you piss off a lot of people, they could gang up on you, and get you banned.

So I immediately block assholes after many one exchange.

I spend time selectively blocking people who are crazy assholes.

(not sure if that's helped or not, but I feel they are dangerous)

Supposedly you get warnings and short bannings / suspensions before permanent ban.

So not sure what you did to escalate from temporary to permanent

The algo might have flagged you for posting too often or too much. If you do that they want to cull you, since the pipeline for billions of people is only so wide.

There's a new boss in town there. Did this happen recently?
