Multiple sources actually. But the dismantling part I think was from some Taygetans who have a Youtube channel called Cosmic Agency. They said they towed the Moon here in an effort to combat some non-native Reptoids that they have been in a multi-100,000 years war with and then they "lost control" of it. It has since been rectified.
