This is DISINFO. The bill was introduced but never even assigned to committee, much less passed in the House, even less passed by both chambers & signed into law. It's just another bill which was floated to see the reaction, then ignored and allowed to die. No one yet has mentioned the pertinent fact that the fires are worse as a result of the accumulated nanoparticle aluminum in the trees and plants. I check it regularly and most bills are kept up to date regarding status, sponsors, etc.

Yet the bill cited earlier by an anon hadn't even been assigned to a committee, and that was in 2016.
