No, a person can only be possessed by inviting a demon into the body by occult practises or rituals or contract, or by a parent or grandparent or other close relative performing certain rituals and granting authority to the demons.
Not so. I did yoga in the past when I was naive about the dangers. Yoga includes certain types of breathing, but breathing is not a form of yoga. The positions in yoga relate to saluting various gods (aka demons) and opening chakras to them. This is not explained in low level classes.

According to my spiritual warfare research Satan/Lucifer can only be in one place at a time and therefore has a large hierarchical army of demons (fallen angels) to help him with his plans. As a spiritual being he can travel anywhere in the universe where God allows. I have not heard about his control of other planets, but I think most of the action is on Earth. The Book of Revelation in the Bible (Rev. 2:13-14) says that the seat of Satan is Pergamum (Asia Minor, now Turkey). But I do not believe he is restricted to that area.
