Something not well-known is that military tribunals can be convened in civilian court. Hence the "indictments" in district courts across the country. They may contain UCMJ violations. Way I see it, social media (mainly FB and Twatter, but all of em really) has been engaged in an ongoing criminal enterprise, an ongoing criminal conspiracy to deprive Americans of their civil liberties, and so on. Military or cleaned up civilian court, I don't care. Just get it done (on the timeline).

The human rights "spat" that caused SA to expel the Canadian ambassador and recall its own, cut off cash flow to Canada, etc. That's common when there's a "spat." Errr wait the US Ambassador to Russia is still in Moscow, soโ€ฆerm, maybe not how to handle a spat.
