Just saying hi. I am a WorkFag now. I will be able to relieve you early mornings in a couple of weeks if needed. Started new job yesterday, pretty chill… I should have time to bake some during the day if needed. Just need to get settled in and get the other person moved out of my office first (retiring after shows me everything).
Did you ever look at the Dough [problem] last night? It was just rearranged, but boy did it mess me up for a while there (not hard to do). From now on, I shall thoroughly review entire dough way before it is time to bake so that if significant changes are made, I will not be caught off guard right at crunch time, Kek!!
